1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and x1777 ("x1777," "we," "us," or "our") governing all access to and use of the x1777 online casino, sports betting, and gaming platform accessible at x1777.org and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or otherwise participating in any game or betting market offered on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered on the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the x1777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times while your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. x1777 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by anyone under the age of 21. x1777 may request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing the Platform is lawful in your location before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either initiated by you through x1777's responsible gaming tools or imposed by a relevant regulatory authority.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close associate of x1777 or any of its affiliated entities, suppliers, or gaming providers.

x1777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to close or restrict any account found to be in breach of these requirements.

3 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money game or betting market on x1777, you must first register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Only: Each individual may maintain only one active x1777 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current and notify x1777 of any changes promptly.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. x1777 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security compromise to our support team.
• Pakistani Mobile Number: A valid Pakistani mobile number is required for account registration and for receiving two-factor authentication codes via SMS. Numbers registered with Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, and Warid are all accepted.

x1777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

x1777 is committed to operating in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards. As part of these obligations, x1777 operates a Know Your Customer programme under which all players may be required to submit identity verification documentation.

KYC verification may be required:

• Before processing any withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds;
• At any time that x1777 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation;
• Upon request by a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three months.

x1777 will suspend withdrawal processing and may restrict account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may be closed, with balances handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the x1777 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x1777 does not apply currency conversion charges to PKR-denominated transactions.

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Debit/Credit Card.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• x1777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to your account wallet within seconds for mobile wallet methods, and within a few hours for bank transfer methods.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved.
• x1777 aims to process withdrawal requests to Pakistani mobile wallets promptly for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• x1777 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests of significant value.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the x1777 banking section and may be updated periodically.

x1777 shall not be responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or mobile wallet providers outside of x1777's direct control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

x1777 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Minimum Odds: Wagering contributions towards bonus playthrough requirements may be restricted to bets placed at minimum odds, as specified per promotion. Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold may not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used and their associated wagering requirements met within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, and slot games may carry distinct contribution percentages, as stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one promotional offer may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse: x1777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the promotional system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other exploitative behaviour.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions conducted on the x1777 Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as product-specific rules applicable to each game type:

• Bet Acceptance: x1777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that have already been accepted, where there is evidence of error, system malfunction, or manifest mispricing of odds.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and gaming products. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may vary by market, game type, and player tier.
• Palpable Errors: In the event that odds or game parameters are published due to a manifest error, x1777 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds and to recalculate settlement at the correct odds or to offer a full refund of the stake at x1777's discretion.
• Cricket Betting: Cricket betting markets on x1777 are subject to official match and tournament rules as determined by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), and the relevant tournament governing body. Specific rules for abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis revisions, and super overs are published in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform.
• Live Games: Decisions made by live dealers and game servers are final. x1777 is not responsible for connectivity interruptions experienced by a player during a live game session.
• System Malfunction: In the event of a technical fault or system malfunction affecting the integrity of a game or betting market, x1777 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes to players.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x1777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity intended to conceal the proceeds of crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using their account credentials;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to x1777 support immediately.

9 Responsible Gaming

x1777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. x1777 encourages all players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all x1777 account holders and can be activated directly from account settings without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions;

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform, taking effect immediately upon activation.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

x1777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation;
• Detection of duplicate account registration;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive and subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee, details of which are published in the Platform's banking section;
• Request by the account holder to close their account.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure occurs for any other reason, x1777 will process the return of verified eligible balances to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the x1777 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of x1777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without express written authorisation from x1777;
• Modifying, creating derivative works from, or reverse-engineering any portion of the Platform;
• Using x1777's trademarks, brand name, or logo in any commercial or promotional context without prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x1777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity interruptions beyond x1777's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, howsoever arising.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x1777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13 Privacy & Data

x1777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on x1777, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

x1777 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required to provide the services described on the Platform, to comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments

x1777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x1777 will notify active players via the contact details registered to their account, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the x1777 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting x1777 support.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x1777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to x1777's internal dispute resolution team.

Players who remain unsatisfied following the conclusion of x1777's internal dispute resolution process may refer their complaint to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence x1777 operates. x1777 will cooperate fully with any such regulatory inquiry.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
